Bass & Blues Fishing Tournament and Seafood Smackdown July 9-12-2015
The Plymouth 400 Bass and Blue event supports the organization’s primary goals of enhancing tourism and economic development and promoting cultural and civic engagement, while also raising awareness of the organization and its Partners.
The Bass and Blue tournament kicked off on Thursday, July 9th with the Captains and Crew party featuring Great White Shark Expert Greg Skomal. The inaugural Seafood Smackdown took place during Bass and Blue weekend at Pilgrim Memorial State Park.
The Bass and Blue tournament is open to all ages, and includes opportunities for team registration this year. Participants can win up to $1,000 dollars for the largest catch (see below for a full list of prizes). Participants may fish in any Massachusetts waters and the weigh-in station is located at Brewer Plymouth Marine on Plymouth's waterfront.
