Fang-Chih Lee, in white, owner/trainer of the Tai Chi Association, which is housed in the lower level of the Spire, performs with her Plymouth Hometown Tai Chi Team. The team will be traveling to Taiwan in October, 2014 for the World Cup of Tai Chi competition.
